Here is Colton posing after his victorious races at his first Cub Scout derby competition. Colton took first place 3 times out of 4 races. Scott and Colton spent several hours working to make his derby car look just right. It was so fun to watch and see how intense the derby competition can get and there is already talk of what the next derby car will look like.

Kenzie had the fun opportunity to serve hot lunch at school for the first time. She wouldn't even take time to look up at the camera to smile because she says that she was too busy putting cookies in each basket. Keep up the great work Kenz!

On Valentine's Day every year (for the third year running), we decorate the kitchen really fun and have a fancy dinner with the kids. Since our anniversary is so close to Valentine's day, it is so exciting to spend Valentine's day with the them and see how excited they get. They now look forward to it every year and we are so glad that we started this fun tradition.

This year on February 10, 2009, we celebrated our 10th anniversary. To celebrate we spent 4 days in Sunny California (although when we were there, the sun was not so much there). We did lots of shopping and for some excitement, we went to Six Flags, Magic Mountain Amusement park. We had so much fun and can't wait to spend many more years together.
