Uncle Michael (which is what our kids call Michael, Jennifer Ellen's husband) had his 35th birthday on March 25th. We missed the party but made up for it the next day with this yummy homemade chocolate cake with chocolate icing. We love having Michael as a part of our family. Here's to many more years to come.
